Ethics and Law for School Psychologists

This online course is designed to meet the requirements set forth in the new certification renewal guidelines for school psychologists who hold the Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential. You will spend one hour examining each of the following:

• Ethical and legal issues regarding confidentiality and record keeping
• The Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004
• Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Cost: $50
