Capella's MS in Leadership Degree

November 22, 2010Megan Capella's on-line Master's in Leadership program is the perfect fit for me. As a mother, wife and full time employee, I need to be able to complete course expectations when it is convenient for ME. I'm almost done with my first year and have enjoyed every minute of it. I won't say it is easy - it is a lot of work - reading, discussions, papers and research. I have learned SO much though and am able to implement things I am learning in real time with the people I supervise, business partners and even my own family. If you are thinking about an MS in Leadership I recommend considering this program.

An Excellent Education - Very Rewarding

November 23, 2010Steven I earned my my Master of Science in Organization and Management - specializing in Leadership in June 2008. The course curriculum was comprehensive and challenging; and the learning process was extremely satisfying. I am able to apply what I learned in my profession and to my personal life - everyday. I am happy to say to others, " I'm a Capella graduate!"
