A respected practitioner, teacher, and researcher with more than 35 years
of professional experience, Dr. Winter is a licensed School Psychologist, Marriage and Family
Therapist, and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. He is also a Clinical Member of the National
Association of School Psychologists and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Dr. Winter joined Capella in 2000.

curriculum developer, and prolific author of scholarly articles and papers, Dr. Christine Woolf
has more than 18 years of experience in the school psychology field. Her research and professional
interests include assessment, developmental disabilities in children, and training and supervision.
She joined the Capella faculty in 2003.
