Transcript Request Instructions
Capella transcript requests are fulfilled through Docufide, a leading company in secure transcript delivery. Docufide manages processing and delivery; Capella retains the official transcript data.*
A unique verification form must be printed, physically signed and faxed back to Docufide for each transcript request. A link to generate your unique form appears at the end of the ordering process as a blue text link within a yellow box. Requests cannot be processed until this form is received by Docufide.
Ordering specifics
- Use the “Other” button to specify recipients of your transcript for both admission and employment purposes. Do not send your transcript to Capella.
- As part of a one-time account setup, you will be asked to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification.
- Transcript Fee is assessed regardless of transcript hold status. If you have an outstanding balance with Capella preventing release of your transcript, we will retain your transcript order for up to 30 days allowing you time to resolve your account.
Cost and Delivery time:
- $5 - Electronic transcript delivery (typically within 24 hours)
- $5 - Standard Paper/US Mail delivery (about 1 week within US)
- $30 - Overnight/US Mail delivery
Must be paid by credit card, debit card, or Visa gift card at the time of order.
